AAT uses Harcourt's Ordinate voice recognition testing before and after the training for each agent. Voice
recognition testing ensures that the results are measureable, trackable and fully objective. AAT is the only program that has ever shown progress in the categories of Pronunciation and
Fluency.

With the new AAT grammar courses, trainees have shown leaps of +29 points in a 30-hour training period. This is truly remarkable considering that the Ordinate tests are on a range of 20 (lowest possible score) to 80 (highest possible score). These tests are
included in the program fee, for a small additional cost.

Internet, and can be easily acquired once the student has a standard
accent. The AAT culture piece, on the other hand, deals with the American psyche. Trainees learn how Americans think, what is important to them, and how best to get them to respond in the desired way.
